Silvio was born in Argentina but grew up in the states. At 16 he started Israeli dancing in a leadership course and never stopped. He created and directed the REGESH Dance troupe of Macabi, was Sheliach of Rikudim in Venezuela and created the Israeli Dance movement there as well as their first Leaka MERETZ.
In Argentina he danced with Darkeinu for 7 years created numerous shows and directed Yom Haatzmaut and Dalia Festivals.
He created dances when he heard a music that was catchy and said something to him.
In latin america many of his dances have been done in Bar Mitzvahs and childrens festivals.. He prides himself in teaching NON Dancers to Dance. He has regular sessions as well as gives workshops and has participated in Dance Camps as well.
He lives in Miam with wife Sandra also a specialist in dances for Early Childhood.
